Most project require some sort of approval or permit from the local governing bodies. These range from simple building permits to planning commission approvals and variance applications. In the Mid-Atlantic region project often fall within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area and require special approvals. We specialize in Critical Area projects and will guide a project through the approval process regardless of the complexity.
