Concept Design
This phase of the project is where design actually begins. The design work here involves coming up with the 'big ideas' for the project in collaboration with the client that seek to meet the goals of the project. Drawings in this phase of design do not show detail, but show the locations for things such as new paving, new site features (fountains, pools, gates, fences, etc.) and major planting beds.
