Construction Documents
This is where the drawings are finished and developed into a set of documents that would be used to actually construct the project. In addition to drawings, construction documents often include written specifications that provide more detail and instruction for the contractors. The final set of drawings will include all detailing for masonry, carpentry, electric, plumbing, drainage, planting, and soils. This final round of drawings will also include low voltage lighting plans. The construction documents will include all information required for a contractor to accurately price and build the work.
