The Preserve at Southeast Creek

South Fork Studio was contracted by developer/builder Bozek, Inc. after this project had been approved and subdivided to add final details to make the community unique and exclusive. Drawing inspiration from the upper Southeast Creek marsh environment, and a newly planted neighboring vineyard; we created designs for the main entrance and decorative fencing throughout this 32-lot subdivision. Black four-board fencing, native plant material, stone and bronze were the building blocks used to create a signature look, making The Preserve at Southeast Creek a unique Eastern Shore community.
