Eastern Avenue Residence

Annapolis, MD

Located across the Spa Creek Bridge from historic downtown Annapolis, Eastport is an eclectic place both architecturally and culturally; but common themes of sailing and water touch every part of this tight community. This project began as a house renovation and required a new site design to respond to the architecture inspired by local nautical landmarks. Native plants, storm water infiltration, and architectural low voltage lighting make this Chesapeake Bay home sensitive to the site and distinctive in style.
